We visited a blue hole on land (as part of a birding tour) and snorkeled above another in the ocean (as others went scuba diving into the hole and around some of its underwater caves and caverns). Do it!
We rode bicycles & walked from our lodge to 2 Blue Holes - Captain Bill's and Rainbow. Blue Holes are a geological oddity and a must-visit! It's like lake water when you jump in! We were on a half-day island tour and only jumped (about 20 feet?) twice. I'm sure it's a great place to hang out and snorkel. Very cool!
Rainbow Hole is a nice walk into the jungle, tough to swim at. But if you like geocaching there is a spot there. Capt Bills was awesome to jump in and swim in! Highly recommend it!

Captain Bill's in central Andros just north of Fresh Creek is easily accessible. two mile dirt road. A place to park. Then a short boardwalk to a platform to jump off of. And stairs to be able to... 更多
Stargate was incredible, amazing rock formations and crystal clear water. Mars not as exciting, but still saw lots, including lionfish and barracudas.
