This place is definitely not worth the trouble to go here. 25-40 min drive depending on how many cruise ships in port. Drinks are over priced and we didn't even attempt the food. Beach was OK, not great. Rocky and waves. Avoid it.
Took the jitney to love beach from downtown about a 25 minute journey. Totally not worth it. The beach was not very nice the bar was expensive for drinks and the water was not clear.
Absolutely nothing romantic about this beach , really small and very rocky, there was quite a lot of broken glass around too , seen a lot better beaches than this . Not worth the trip, stick to cable beach which is on a awesome stretch of white sand and clear blue water
Nice beach that has free parking, not the case for all beaches in Nassau. Had a hut where you can buy your favorite cocktail or local beer. Snorkeling is great, with a lot of coral reef for a huge variety of fish. You have to pay $3 each to rent beach chairs and $2 for float mats, but they are... 更多
We took a 25 minute taxi from the cruise dock. Taxi ride was great thanks to Tyrone Wilson's V.I.P. Taxi and Tours. The beach was great. Not a huge beach but big enough that we had plenty of space. It has a bar and food. Staff very friendly. Snorkeling was great. We saw plenty of fish!
We were staying on New Providence island and had a hire car so we could get around the island as we pleased. I was interested in finding Love Beach, as I knew that "Thunderball", the 1965 James Bond film, had been partly filmed on this beach (Bond and Domino come ashore here). I'd already had a 007 fix, as "Casino... 更多
This beach is very nice and somewhat private too. The cool thing is that it is free to use the chairs and umbrellas. They have a nice bar and very reasonable prices. If you go just take the 12 or 12B Jitney bus (not the 10 as it does not go to Love Beach) - the bus will take you... 更多
A bit off the beaten path but a great beach to take in. Not too crowded. Decent beach bar right there. Reefs protecting the shore and nice tide pools at low tide. Decent snorkeling if you're willing to get out a bit. Water stays pretty shallow.
Been in Nassau for a week now and this is the best beach so far (other than one near our house rental which is super private). It's not super obvious how to get there, but there's a huge sign Nirvana Love Beach that you drive down and park. You walk through the building and come out on the beach which... 更多
