Worth a visit if you are in Scarborough because it offers a good view of the city and some historical background to how the city was built. TIP: Do not get ripped off and pay someone to take you on a tour here. A one hour self guided tour will do just fine. Catch a taxi across from Church's Chicken... 更多
Although Fort King George is open at weekends the Museum is weekdays only. Pay your $10TTD and once in you'll find a well ordered, clean cool and interesting museum. Sadly no photography inside but and enjoyable experience.
Great views.A small museum with an ecletic mix of exhibits. Spend a couple of hours there and youll know a great deal about Tobago. It aint the British museum but it has something for everyone
This was a wonderful visit. The views were great and we learned a lot about the history of the island. Definitely give this a visit if you are on the islands of Trinidad and Tobago.
Fascinating, nicely presented and well kept. Tells the story of Tobago clearly with interesting artefacts, especially the preserve skeletons. Gorgeous gardens and views outside, with plenty of cannons - very exciting for certain members of the party. It's a boy thing. Take a cab as its a precipitous and long walk up there.
The Museum and surrounding buildings at Fort King George is worth a visit just for the views over the island. The museum is small but has lots to see and has some great local artefacts hidden in the cabinets.
Brief visit to the Fort as part of an island tour. Would have liked to be able to go inside the buildings but what we saw was fascinating. Great views over the island.
