I wish I could give this a better review, but it badly needs attention and grooming. We went for the 8 am feeding and weren't quite sure where to go once we went up the hill, but the caretaker pointed us in the right direction. There used to be paths to walk thru and see more of the land, but... 更多
If you want to see the national bird the cocoricos this is the place to go. We saw lots of pigeons, bananaqiuts and mot mots as well. We arrived there for the four o clock feeding. the place itself needs to upgraded but if you want to see birds its a good place to visit.
Sadly needing some tlc. The birds are fed at around 4pm and there are plenty to see, you can sit and watch from the shade, but otherwise there is very little else there now. There were some walks mentioned in the guide book but they weren't very clear. Entrance is free but the place relies on donations from visitors so please... 更多
This is a good place to see birds especially at 8.00am and 4.00pm when they get fed, but don't expect any 'frills'. The place is unfortunately rather 'run down' and although, tidy, doesn't have much ambience. However, it isn't over-run with people either so if you want to bird watch, it's quiet and peaceful.
A wilderness of overgrown buildings and tracks that require closed shoes for comfortable walking. However, at 8am and 4pm every day a man comes and feeds the wild birds. I am sure he is not paid but does it because he wants to. The birds all know there will be food and start to congregate early. A magnificent variety of... 更多

Lots of birds already feeding and altogether an interesting experience. However, the feeder disappeared and I got the impression that the love... 更多
Stopped here twice, once for the 8:00 a.m. feeding and once for the 4:00 p.m. feeding. The grounds are filled with a variety of mature trees, offsite local guides can be hired to lead a bird tour here. Ran into a resident who had met the original owner when she still gave teas here. This place is full of local... 更多
