This is main site where the first "Pirates of the Caribbean"-movie was filmed (in 2003). Part of the set is well kept and you can take your own pirate photos here. There is a cafe at the site, but honestly: There is no guests there and I'm not sure what they are serving. I think a rum or a beer... 更多
Enjoyed our visit to Walliabou after seeing dark view falls where pirates of the Caribbean was filmed. Beautiful location with lots of original props that were used in the film eg: coffins & hanging noose. Great bar to sit & have a drink & admire the view. Lots if photo opportunities Fab day out!
Pirates of the Caribbean came and went for this area. It is run down and lacking investment. We had lunch at the restaurant - different meats with the same sauce. Food was terrible. Do not venture into the toilet.
Such a shame the government didn't see fit to make this a tourist attraction given the film is at its Trilogy stage.Not much to see now and as I've seen no films I couldn't see the wow factor but the beach was nice as well as the stone monument across yonder. It felt good to be on the set and... 更多
I know it's an old place but it's very run down and there's nothing much to see. There's like a small restaurant there but I didn't have their food. They have like rooms where antique telephones and a television are on display and also like the actors autobiography or something. The only thing that really captured my attention really was... 更多
took a tour of the island and was told that some of the filming of Pirates of The Caribbean was shot there so the kids was excited to visit, very quaint beach cove / bay the sand is black due to island being volcanic not much going on there maybe the authorities could clean up a little but very tranquil... 更多
