Perfect for folks who want to experience the Atlantic Ocean side of the island.Always very windy perfect for kite surfing and surfing, I also noticed alot of horse back riding. NOT very hard to find.My taxi driver suggested it and it was a twenty minute drive from the Rodney Bay strip.
This beach is called Plantation Beach. It's not hard to find, just drive along the golf course and follow the "Kitesurfing" signs. Awesome place. Unspoilt and wild. Hope it stays that way. The water was super warm when I was there in November and you can get a ride up and down the beach by talking to the guys with horses. They're really nice but try and get a good price in EC dollars.
We came here with Trim's Stable to ride horses on the beach. The beach is very pretty and would be perfect for wind surfing. The water stays shallow for pretty far out allowing for riding the horses into the water. Yes, there is a lot of seaweed that is killing the turtles. The day we were there, there were trucks... 更多
