Excellent place to get the flavor of the Old San Juan and to some bar hopping. many bars and restaurants. Nono's is a classic and one of my favorites.
Very historic and amazingly beautiful to stroll in these streets it took your breath away. I was delighter to see the structures and the very big and beautiful old fashioned doors and windows. I wish I could have brought one home with me
So colorful. So quaint. So beautiful. All my photos from here just look like professional postcards. It's hard to take a bad one. Take care when it rains...the cobblestones will get slippery. Although you won't mind cooling off in a sudden rainstorm. It just adds to the experience. Tiny little bistros and bars everywhere with smiling people.
Stayed at an apartment on Calle San Sebastian in late June. Seemed to be one of the more residential streets. Great location for walking around Old San Juan. By mid January the Calle San Sebastian in old San Juan becomes a mega party festival from Thursday to Sunday, with local and international artist and music.
