I spent 5 days doing absolutely NOTHING on St. Anne Beach and loved every minute of it. There are nice restaurants and bars for you to eat/drink. There are chair rentals, if you are like me and don't want to sit in the sand for hours. There is a nice flow of ppl "modeling" swimwear. I had a great time!
St. Anne beach is absolutely wonderful. However, the world knows it and so it's usually very crowded. Usually, finding a parking spot is difficult and it would be difficult to spread out. I will say, though, that if you're looking for a livelier beach experience with lots of folks around and restaurants and tourist shops nearby, while still having a... 更多
Nice beach right in St. Anne village. It is a very nice beach for kids and there are fish to be seen on the jetties. It can get crowded but there was enough space for everyone and shade to be found as well. Food trucks are lined up during the day so you can grab any type of food you... 更多
We traveled to Grande Terre from Basse Terre 2 hours to see this beach, unfortunately this beach is full of tourists and because we don`t like too much people, it was better for us to go back to Basse Terre. But beach is amazing, water is crystal clear - typical caribbean beach :)
We took the simple 'N2 then N1' roads to the famous St Anne beach town. Parking is difficult and we had to walk a way to the main section of beach which has some tree shade. There were loads of people there, some bringing their own lunches and barbecues. We risked leaving our valuables on the beach while swimming in... 更多
Lovely town beach - utterly beautiful but not empty by any means. Quie a narrow beach (although that may change!). Worth a visist to see it's gorgeousness but otehr more secluded beaches if that's what you're after of course!
The beach is clean and very nice, but don't think it's the only option. You can walk along the coastline and find beautiful beaches everywhere, some will be empty - so enjoy. The market along the beach is very impressive. Spices, vanilla (smells so good!) flavored rum, fresh fruit (best pineapple I've had in my life) artisan products . .... 更多
Beautiful beach just in front of St. Anne. Nice place also to have a drink or have lunch. Water is of a marvellous cyan despite the vicinity of the city, the little harbour and main road. The everyday market just behind it, is full of spices, rhum and handmade stuff. We didn't like the left side of the beach that... 更多
