We enjoyed our brief tour. The only disappointing thing was not being allowed to take pictures. Not sure why. There are so many caves in the world it seemed odd to be prevented from taking photos
Interesting tour, fun guides! This cave is warm, so be prepared and there are lots of steps up to and down from the cave. Not horrible, but if you have issues with steps, you may want to think about this. Very informative and fun.
The caves were interesting as part of the history of the island, but really not a must see. You can get through them in a short period of time. Once inside, there isn't too many variances in the cave that are fascinating. A guide will point out a few random formations that require a far fetched imagination. Be aware, you... 更多
The guide was absolutely OK, but the caves cannot be considered extremely beautiful or interesting compared to those in other destinations. However, if you want to do something during your stay it is an option.
Definitely worth a visit, these caves really exceed both of our expectations. The cave system was very large, and the lighting they did in it was done very well that you could pick up on details, without it seeming like you weren't in a cave. The tour guide was good, but because he had to speak in 3 languages for... 更多
Went to Hato cave as part of a day trip. Bit of a climb up to the cave entrance. There were 49 steps. Not for those with mobility issues. Cave was large once inside and extremely hot. They had fans to help cool you but still very hot, Would not allow you to take pictures inside except for at one... 更多
I've been to a lot of caves in my lifetime, but most when I was a young kid, so decided to visit one again. Our guide - I forget his name :-( - really made the trip. He was a wealth of knowledge and told us all about the history of the caves and how they were used as a... 更多
The tour was very nice and provided a lot of interesting history. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and impressed everyone with their ability to conduct the tour in a wide range of languages.
Definitely worth a visit. We took an excursion from our cruise ship which included a tour of the caves. So beautiful and we also saw lizards, iguanas, and birds during the trip.
