We had a trip with travel agency from Trinidad. We had a chance to see a house of Cubans living in park. Then we took a walk with guide. During the walk we saw amazing waterfalls, forest forms, coffee plants etc. Great experience longer than EL Nicho trip.
Visited this park last week , it was 3 hours from Cayo Santa Maria but well worth it . Travelled with Gaviota Tours. Up in the mountains you get transferred to a large beast of a truck . It takes you to one of the entrances of the park .Wow up and down the hills on this loud machine. At... 更多
We booked in Cubanaturs, TrinIdad, for a truck tour . It was breathtakingly lovely, very interesting (our guide was full of interesting facts about plants and animals) and the swim in the cool waterfall was fabulous. Highly recommended.
It was a two days trip from Havana. I booked it in a Cubatur Agency located in Habana Libre Hotel. Day 1: We departed from the hotel at 6:30 am in a GaviotaTour bus with a/c, and picked up other people in different hotels in the city. Then we stopped about two hours later to buy some snacks in Fiesta... 更多
We went to Cubatur agency in the centre of Trinidad a book this tour for the next day. We met the next morning at the agency and we leave form there on a huge truck ( 12 people more or less) and our guide Roberto. Roberto was really nice and told us all you need to know about the area... 更多
We booked a private tour with a taxi pickup from our Casa as our accommodation was in Casilda. Our driver stopped at Mirador before we met our guide (Yuri). Yuri knew so much about the parque as he had grown up in the area - he knew where to look to spot the wildlife and nature. We walked the opposite... 更多
This was a fab day off - we booked the day long tour through Cubatur on a Russian Truck. There was a stop on the way for a mirador (very pretty) and then a stop at a roadside cart where we could buy fresh fruit or nougat / nut brittle (yum)....there onto the stunning park - it was a 4km... 更多
We went on this trip with a fabulous guide and although only 3 english the guide provided the tour in English and we certainly got a fabulous insight into both the crops of the region but also the flora and fauna with the ability to spot our feathered friends from 50 yards. The tour we booked through Cuba tours was... 更多
This was our only day in Cuba where we managed to escape into a landscape where nature reigned supreme. It made for a very pleasant change. We did it as a Cubacan day trip from Trinidad and it was not cheap at 55 CUCs per person. Still, that included transportation, park entrance fees, a swim in a beautiful natural pool,... 更多
For me it was better than el Nicho. The waterfall is much higher. You can also swim in it. You can see coffee plantations, drink and buy real coffee there and visit a museum which is a small casa with a few machines. You make also a 3,5 km walk through the forrest. You will also see the panorama from... 更多
