A really fun colorful place where you can hang out on a lounge for the day. Food was pretty good given where the place is located. Fun to watch all the beginner wind surfers as well as the good ones zip along the bay. When you aren't diving, give it a try.
My two daughters took a two hour windsurfing lesson with Jib City at Lac Bay and they were up windsurfing almost immediately. I was shocked at how well they took to it and I attribute their quick learning to the great training from Jib City. I highly recommend them
We really enjoyed hanging out at Jibe City. We ate lunch there three times. The atmosphere is relaxed and exactly what you would want on a beach vacation. The beach is quite lovely and has soft sand (unusual for Bonaire). The perfect place to spend a long afternoon. My only beef is that our windsurfing instructor wasn't that great. For... 更多
Jibe City is a well organized windsurfing rental facility. This place is what makes Bonaire my favorite destination, and why we go year after year. Prior to the Trip, you should get a rental reservation, as they want to ensure each customer has all the gear you need. There is a limit on how many people can be accomodated, so... 更多
So it is acutally a huge cove that is excellent for wind surfing, that has restaurant and a beach bar, and a place where you can rent equipment out. The food is good, the view is spectacular, and the wind makes it plesant. You do have to drive to it, but it's well worth wile.
We were told to definitely stop by here, before heading on our mangrove tour. Sandy floor bar, lounge chairs over looking beautiful looking water and laid back atmosphere. We had such a great time, that we came back the following day to relax. Watching the newbies and experience windsurfers made me wish that I was coordinated enough to try. They... 更多
The food is nothing to write home about but the view and impression of watching the wind surfers speed through the crystal blue water is amazing. It is a definite must if you're on Bonaire. You can even learn to wind surf there, bring your bathing suit.
We just loved this place; Very nice restaurant/bar serving lunch, sunbath, swim in the most blue-turkis water; walking far out, looking at the windsurfers and just enjoy beeing there :-)
We first stopped by for coffee after diving..It is a sandy floor restaurant overlooking a calm crystal clear bay with windsurf operators teaching you how to sail. The prices are not bad, it was not crowded, and you could literally sit here all day...this place is amazing....go see it for a cup of coffee just to test it out...you will... 更多
