Lac Cay is the hidden paradise. You have to believe that is possible to reach there by car, the see just hit the Rock thru a narrow passage. Very nice and definitely not overcrowded little beach between the mangroves and the open sea. Very different from Lac Bai where you can watch the windsurfers and swim or surf in very shallow water in the bay. It is famous because of the mountains made by carko shells.
