Came on the hotel shuttle bus to do some duty free shopping. Fortunately there was no cruise ship in. It rained and then got really hot. There were several shops but nothing special. The cruise ships make this their first stop when docking. Filled with duty free shopping within with the locals selling their local wares just outside.
Although I have visited Heritage Quay on many occasions I have never visited at 8:00 in the morning when the shoppes are just about to open their doors. The mixture of high end and affordable stores makes it appealing not only to tourists but locals as well. And of course locals can get their purchases duty-free if they are able... 更多
Our cruise ship docked at Radcliffe Quay, but it is literally a 2 minute walk from Radcliffe Quay to Heritage Quay. Heritage Quay has been renovate and is a 2-story outdoor shopping complex. There are several jewelry stores, souvenir shops, and a casino in the Quay. Locals pretty much steered clear of Radcliffe Quay, and it was mostly cruise ship... 更多
Shopping is okay here a bit more spread out then at other Port of Calls. Plenty of restuarants and bars for food and drink, and even includes a Casino if you are looking for some different fun. The locals are extremely friendly and helpful.
Underwhelmed by the shopping here. It is your standard cruise ship port. A few restaurants and jewelry shopping. Even the tourist type stuff (i.e., shirts, key chains) were so so. I'd recommend going to Redcliffe Quay instead where there is a more local flair.
