This trail does not get the attention it deserves. It is paved and cuts through a meadow along the river between the campground and the Human History Museum. It is flat and easily accessible (by bikes, etc). We walked this trail after a long day of hiking and were pleasantly surprised. It cuts over the river a few times on... 更多
A really easy walk in Zion. It's also a great place to watch the setting sun's light shine on the Watchman (rather than congregate with the crowd at the bridge). You can enter the trail at multiple points (e.g. campgrounds, behind the museum, etc.). It's not a route for anyone looking for something strenuous :)
Just like the early Mormon settlers saying, "here, you don't need to build a cathedral to worship". These great mountains, cliffs along the trail makes the hiking a journey of pilgrimage. Wonderful experience.
This is an easy trail, paved and accessible to strollers and bicycles. It goes along the river and is a peaceful walk. As with any hike you should bring water and good shoes. I do not recommend this hike in the afternoon on a hot day because the heat can exceed 100 degrees.
My husband and I were in Zion for only 2 days and this was a nice little walk! I'm in a wheelchair and it was very easy and lots of beautiful scenery! We will return to Zion again but for much longer. Had we not had other places to be, we would've stayed longer.

My husband and I rented a couple of bikes and rode the Pa'rus Trail. It is flat with a couple of bridge crossings. The views from this trail are just as spectacular.
