The Park uses dog sleds for lots of reasons and they offer free demos that are marvelous! A must visit! We got to see the adult dogs and lots of puppies. There was an explanation of the use of dog sleds and a demo that was fabulous.

We took the Denali Princess Lodge Shuttle into the ParK, then a National Park bus to the afternoon demonstration. Need to consult the bus schedule from the desk at the Main Lodge if you plan to do this. At the kennel, you can get take pictures of the dogs and talk to the rangers who care for and love them.... 更多
We found out the park has a dog sled demonstration for free and were able to make the last show. We were able to see the puppies, although not hold them, and the adult dogs - which you could pet.
