Definitely one of the highlights when going to Batanes. The hills are lush in color and you can definitely appreciate the 360 degree view. One of the best places I've been in all my travels

All of Batanes is captivating. There isn't just enough time to savor the many wonderful views and Marlboro Hills is one of them. We spent more than 2 hours in this picturesque place and left wanting more.
I would say that kinda risky place that I have been to in Batanes was Racuh a Payaman or Marlboro Country. I have to hold firmly on the ground as to not to be sweep away by the all-powerful wind coming through and from. I wish I still had the stamina and limbs to walk all the way where my feet could reach. It was a very windy but calming experience to be in the middle of the vast greenery dotted by different animals that feed on the grass. This is a must see, feel and be there experience in Batanes.

I honestly wanted to sing songs from The Sound of Music when we went here! Trivia: Rakuh A Payaman is the real name of this place. A foreigner went to see this place and blurted out "It's like Marlboro Country" and from then on, they called these hills, Marlboro Hills
