Miami Beach holds dear to my heart. I learnt to swim here years ago when only locals used it everyday. Unfortunately, it is now occupied by sun loungers, speed boats and and a horrid gas tanker. Yet, it maintains the buzz of the 'local beach' on early mornings and Sundays. Miami beach excels the West cost beaches!!!!
Couldn't believe this beach was in behind the Post Office,After 5 years coming to Barbados this has to be the best find ever.Great clear water, good shade under pine trees if needed, picnic tables for a bite to eat from Mr Delicious plus obligatory banks !! Try coconut from seller at the far end.Fresh and worth it.Aloe vera definitely not required no...
This is quite simply one of the most beautiful beaches I have been to. White coral sand, turquoise sea, light waves to bounce around in. Loungers and parasols for hire and local food nearby at local prices. What more could you want?
