It takes Rs.50.00 by auto from Rameshwaram Railway station to this temple. Take the ticket for Kund Snan (Bath). It is Rs 25.00 per person. Leave you footwears outside the temple. Its one time visit. There is nothing grand about this temple. Due to the old religious story and attachment, its good to pay respect, and then go for the falls. Temple is from where the journey to the falls starts.
This is a huge and beautiful temple. I am lucky to see it. :) Visited this place with my husband and in laws. We were awestruck by the grandeur of this place. Of course there was a VIP line and I got to see the Lord. :)
On the foot hills of Brahmagiri, Rameshwara Temple which is very small in size, attracts tourists. Small but clean and quite place offers peace for the visitors.
