I was made most welcome to a weekday service whilst I was on holiday. The church is an interesting building and with good information points. I enjoyed the details on The Green Man as an unusual find.
Nice old church with great views over the village. Inside it has been recently modernised with stacking chairs replacing the pews, wooden flooring and even a couple of flat screen TVs. The traditionalist will be horrified, but, as this is a very much a functioning community church maybe this is the way to stop the local church falling into disuse... 更多
We were staying in Uplyme so we decided to visit the church as we do where ever we are. The church is the centre of the community therefore it has a lot of cumminity minded articles in the church, we nearly fell over a table tennis table as we walked in. The architecture is fantastic especially the ceiling and screen... 更多
Lovely old Yew tree in the graveyard providing shelter from the rain. Interesting old church that is active in the local community. Only limited parking nearby.
This has such a calm about it that it can ease me just by walking round it. The tree is magnificent and it just has a beauty about it, such a calm.
Really lovely Church which I only visited for the first time at the weekend for a funeral. The service for my Grandad (Eric Rogers) was beautiful - thank you very much!

The building itself is old, tranquil and traditional. However, the short tenure of a "trendy vicar" caused the old wooden pews to be removed and replaced by red canvas chairs. A great pity.
Lovely and quiet we too a cicular walk from the bay passing through here where we stopped by the church for a snack before walking back x country to the bay. Had a nose about - very well kept church and area.
