The grandchildren came for the weekend.........and it was wet!
Decided to take them for a drive, we went to Tesco's for drinks etc and I saw Pirate Pete's was open ( answer to my prayers).
The children had a whale of a time as we enjoyed a few cups of coffee.
Unfortunately I am too tall to share my personal thoughts on Pirate Pete's. However, my younger cousin said it was a wonderful time and loved it. My only recommendation is that the raise the height restriction. I feel this will help the company make more money by hook or by crook (If you pardon the pun).
Advised to book your bowling lane beforehand, as it gets busy. Food average. Sports bar. Friendly staff, soft play area for children. A couple of game machines. Close to the harbour so children are to be supervised at all times when outside.
Visited here with my 3year old, mother and two little sisters, wasnt there a hour and had to leave without my girl being able to finish of her food, a group of young boys (who was also playing) threatening, hitting and swearing at all the other children! Their mothers just sat there drinking wine and letting them get on with...
