My self and a group of friends have been visiting this charming rustic little seasonal tearoom, over many years, and have always found the food second to none.. Home cooked , and freshly made as you wait, also the service and friendliness of the staff, have kept us going back year after year.. We discovered this hidden treasure, on a... 更多
Breamore house has a classic car meeting once a year, I'd never been so any excuse to take my old car out....To pay £8 to park a classic car in the middle of a field for a few hours is just silly, only peolple coming to see the cars should pay and then only a couple of quid, if you... 更多
Interesting and informative tour of a family home - lots of history delivered with a personal touch. Interesting church on the estate along with an unexpected local museum with everything from the farrier, to the dairy, to mock up shops, and farming machinery - oh and a maze and childrens play area. Finally, great home-made cake at the tea room... 更多
We have visited today and have had a lovely time. We arrived a little early, the cafe opens at midday. Had a lovely lunch to start with, the bread that the sandwiches are freshly made of is gorgeous. Then we visited the museum, which opens at 13.00 which is a very interesting place. Lots to see and fascinating information. We... 更多
Our Ladies group visited here for our annual August outing. We were a group of the more elderly variety , so some just enjoyed the cream tea and others visited the museum as well. We were looked after extremely well by the tea room team and everyone that went in the museum enjoyed reminiscing !
Having lived on the doorstep of Breamore House for years I finally managed to go round it now that I have retired. It's a really good example of an Elizabethan House and our wonderful guide Bob was both knowledgeable and humorous. Definitely not boring. The tour lasts an hour and we did over run a bit. It was so interesting.... 更多
Sadly we started in the house so were not able to stay long amongst an amazing collection from times past. Amazing treasures in the house, good knowledgeable guide. Finally a very nice cup of tea just before closing time.
Visited yesterday and was s lovely walk. Museum needs some updating, to bring to a child's level. As we had small children we had to miss the house tour as it was an hour and totally guided. Children won't enjoy the talking/listening time.
When I visited Breamore House, my expectations were exceeded a lot and it was great few hours I spent there. The Manor House it self is a stunning and beautiful building and really takes your breath away when you see it for real. It suddenly makes you realise how much history there is to it. I took the guided tour... 更多
There are three parts to this location. A grand late Elizabethan Manor house, with different rooms and time periods depicted. Access on guide tour of reception and parlour rooms, bedrooms and the kitchens. Tour advertised as one hour but over ran. here is a simple tea room and orchard seating. The Saxon church is a one off with dedications to... 更多
