What a wonderful place. We arrived about an hour before it closed. This is a photographers paradise. This old abbey is so beautiful from all angles. So much fun to wonder around in all the rooms, the grounds, the statues, the trees. Listen to the birds, sit and imagine the grandeur it once was. They are restoring small sections, so... 更多
A short drive from where our ship docked in Caudebec is the 7th century ruins of the Jumieges Abby. A beaufitul Abbey worth the visit, nice environment, not sure that the guided tour is worth it but again didn't do it so... The parc is awesom and peaceful
