This is not a popular tourist site, that only very few people were there. It was so quiet and peaceful around. Besides enjoying the tranquility, there's a stele with inscription of the prayer from Takeda Katsuyori's (武田勝頼) wife. FYI Takeda Katsuyori was the 4th son of Takeda Shingen - the famous warlord.
Takeda Hachimangu Shrine had been a guardian shrine for Takeda lineage that was very powerful Sengoku warriors in 15th and 16th centuries. It seems that Takeda lineage had been at the area since 9th century with the shrine.
The site of this old shrine is silent and somewhat divine. You might feel something holly while you are in the mood....
